Casey Key home sells for $3.1 million

A home on Casey Key tops all real-estate transactions from June 6 to June 10. Tammis Day, of Sula, Mont., sold the home at 135 N. Casey Key Road to Roso LLC for $3.15 million. Built in 1974, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,681 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $4.5 million in 2006.
