Market Watch: Debt causes direction of market to stay questionable

Right now, even though the market has sold off recently, we remain in what is technically called a bull market. Under current economic circumstances, it's amazing the market is not at half of its current value of 12,250 points.

May 24 King of the urban jungle 5:30 p.m. - 600 block of Central Avenue. Theft. A furniture-store owner told police that someone stole two cast-iron lion's heads that were mounted to the front of his building. The heads were attached to metal brackets with silicone adhesive, and the brackets were mounted to the building. The lion's heads are valued at $1,500 each.
