Walter and Sharon Davisson, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Morton and Doris Botshon, of Skytop, Pa., for $1,185,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2004.
