A condominium in Siesta Harbor tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Edmund Lane and Barbara Lane, trustee, of Cincinnati, sold the Unit PH-C condominium at 1355 S. Portofino Drive to Charles and Judith Freyer, of Jenkintown, Pa., for $765,000.
