Santa, or David Jennings, ditched his sleigh for an opti boat at the Make A Mark race at Sarasota Yacht Club on Friday, Nov. 4 against other costume-clad sponsors and yacht club commodores. The fundraiser and kick-off for the Sarasota Yacht Club Invitational Regatta supports Sarasota Youth Sailing, and the young sailors helped racers and judged the event. There was also a silent auction and buffet for the event.
