A condominium in The Grande at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Paul and Sharon Steinwachs, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 401 condominium at 4561 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jonathan and Donna Perlin, of Nashville, Tenn., for $1.75 million.
