A condominium in The Water Club I at Longboat Key tops all transactions in this week's real estate. Miriam Smith, trustee, of Gilford, N.H., sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Joseph and Rachael Schwarz, of Longboat Key, for $3 million.
