7:30 p.m. - Off the Key. Traffic Violation. Police pulled over a juvenile for riding a motorcycle without a helmet on Longboat Pass Bridge. It was discovered the boy was riding a moped, but he still received tickets for driving with a learner's permit only and not wearing a helmet.
