The Braden River and Lakewood Ranch High baseball and softball teams squared off in key district matchups March 23. The Mustangs defeated the Pirates 3-2 while the Lady Mustangs came from behind to edge past the Lady Pirates 2-1.

Bikers cruise into Lakewood Ranch

The fifth annual West Coast Bike Rally took place Friday, on Lakewood Ranch Main Street. From 5 to 11 p.m. the street was blocked off so that attendees could enjoy bands, food and more.

Boston Crusaders hold auditions

The Boston Crusaders Drum & Bugle Corps. is holding its second round of auditions at Lakewood Ranch High School this weekend. About 150 drum and brass players from around the country competed for spots on the competitive team.
