Geza and Ilona Benko, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 531 Chipping Lane to Victor and Anamaria Mitchell, of Castle Rock, Colo., for $760,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,341 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 1995.
