Not so neighborly
12:06 p.m. - 700 block of John Ringling Causeway. Dispute. A man who is trying to sell his condo placed a for-sale sign outside of the condo building. One of his neighbors didn't like the sign there, so she picked it up and threw it in the trash. She said the sign was attracting people who wanted to look at the condo, and she didn't want them parking there.
