A home in Winding River topped all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert Beal III, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 14111 11th Terrace N.E., to Brian and Leslie Coyne, of Bradenton, for $1,205,500. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,059 square feet of living area.

Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 5531 Arnie Loop to John Cornetta, of Lakewood Ranch, for $673,000. Built in 2017, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,808 square feet of living area.

Country Club East 

James and Eileen Buzzard, of Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 14917 Leopard Creek Place to William and Maria Edmiston, of Lake Forest, Ill., for $625,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,509 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2008.
