Children come out for the annual egg hunts on Siesta Beach
Children and parents hopped to it for the Siesta Village Association Easter egg hunts Saturday morning at the Siesta beach access on Ocean Boulevard. Games, prizes, face painting and the Easter bunny were part of the activities leading up to the egg hunts.
Children were split by age for a series of hunts that took place along the sand dunes leading to the shore.
The Sarasota County Sheriff’s Office Mounted Patrol horses Legacy and Valor stopped by to greet children. Legacy even wore bunny ears that could rival the Easter bunny.
