For decades, the Sertoma Club of Sarasota has been quietly changing that story. Since 1956, their mission—Service to Mankind—has come to life in one powerful way: helping children and families overcome speech, language, and hearing challenges.

Because when a child struggles to communicate, it affects everything—learning, confidence, connection. And for many families, the support they need can feel just out of reach.

That’s where Sertoma steps in.

Through their work supporting local speech and hearing programs, they ensure children right here in Sarasota have access to life-changing care—often regardless of a family’s ability to pay. Behind every service is a volunteer, a donor, a neighbor who decided that one child’s voice matters.
