Thursday, April 2

Maundy Thursday Worship

Noon and 7 p.m. at St. Armands Key Lutheran Church, 40 N. Adams Drive. Join in a day of reflection for the afternoon or evening services.

4 p.m. at All Angels by the Sea Episcopal Church, 563 Bay Isles Road.

6 p.m. at Christ Church of Longboat Key, 6400 Gulf of Mexico Drive. After the communion service, guests will gather to break bread in Fellowship Hall. Rev. Julia Piermont will read liturgy, and there will be music, hymns and a solo by Alexa Lowrey. Free will offering. Friday, April 3

Good Friday Worship

9 a.m. at St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Catholic Church, 4280 Gulf of Mexico Drive. Liturgy of the Hours begins at 9 a.m.; Stations of the Cross starts at noon; and Veneration of the Cross Liturgy starts at 3 p.m.

Noon at All Angels by the Sea Episcopal Church, 563 Bay Isles Road.

7:30 p.m. at Christ Church of Longboat Key, 6400 Gulf of Mexico Drive. Service titled "Shadows of the Passion" will include decreasing candlelight with scripture and music meditation composed by Dennis Piermont, presented by vocal trio and classical guitar.

Saturday, April 4

Easter Egg Hunt

10 a.m. at St. Armands Key Lutheran Church, 40 N. Adams Drive. Bring your little ones ages 3-10 for a morning of adventure as they search for colorful Easter eggs hidden throughout the Meditation Garden. There will be plenty of surprises, and each child will have the chance to find special treats, and the Easter Bunny will make a special visit for pictures.

Holy Saturday Worship

10 a.m. St. Mary, Star of the Sea, Catholic Church, 4280 Gulf of Mexico Drive. Blessing of the Easter baskets takes place in the morning, and Easter Vigil is at 6 p.m.

Sunday, April 5

Easter Sunday Services

7:30, 9:30 and 11:30 a.m. services inside the church, with overflow mass in Pick Hall.

8 a.m. and 10 a.m. at All Angels by the Sea Episcopal Church, 563 Bay Isles Road.

10 a.m. at Christ Church of Longboat Key, 6400 Gulf of Mexico Drive. Musical festival celebrating the Resurrection will feature a sermon titled "Little Word, Wondrous Life" by Rev. Julia Piermont.

Easter Celebration

10 a.m. at Links at The Resort at Longboat Key Club, 361 Longboat Club Road. Members can enjoy an Easter egg hunt, breakfast pastries, children's activities and a visit from the Easter Bunny.
