Patricia Evelyn Loy

It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Evelyn Loy announce her passing, she was 92. She is survived by her husband John Kenneth, to whom she was happily married to for 69 years. Originally from Michigan, they enjoyed life on Longboat Key for 44 years, sailing with friends and family, volunteering in the community and enjoying everything island life had to offer. She will forever be in the hearts of her daughter Karen (Lance), granddaughter Chelsea (Chris), grandson Zac (Charlotte), and beautiful great granddaughter Ava, who could always bring a smile to her face.

How lucky we are to have had someone in our lives that makes saying goodbye so hard. She will always have fair winds and following seas. Memorial contributions can be made in memory of Pat to Save the Manatee Club, savethemanatee.org.
