607 Owl Way LLC sold the home at 386 Bobwhite Drive to Roy and Patrice Sommerhalter, of Essex Fells, New Jersey, for $4.9 million. Built in 2025, it has five bedrooms, six-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,146 square feet of living area.


Collier – Walker

Mark and Margaret Saine, of Richmond, Virginia, sold their home at 601 Triton Bend to Matthew Thomas Schmidt and Anne Almy Schmidt, of Flagler Beach, for $3 million. Built in 2017, it has four bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,313 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,762,500 in 2019.

Mark and April Stratton, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 725 Penfield St. to Michael Paul Chohany and Vicki Lynn Chohany, of Williamsburg, Virginia, for $2,275,000. Built in 1973, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 2,902 square feet of living area. It sold for $300,000 in 2001.

John and Gretchen Bullock, of Bedford, Massachusetts, sold their Unit B-506 condominium at 565 Sanctuary Drive to David and Gale Pearl, of Longboat Key, for $2.1 million. Sonya Rothstein sold her home at 509 Spoonbill Way to Southside Homes LLC for $1,525,000. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,365 square feet of living area.

Stephen and Ashley Vice, of Loveland, Ohio, sold their Unit 182 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Rodney Juan Ragland and Lisa Beusse Ragland, trustees, of Dallas, for $1.55 million. Mary Colleen Murphy, trustee, sold the Unit 1-B condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Kola Properties LLC for $1.5 million. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,470 square feet of living area. It sold for $68,000 in 1975.

Douglas Klingenberg, of Longboat Key, Janet Foster, Kristina Murphy, of Deltona, Owen Klingenberg, of Cleveland, Anders Klingenberg, of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Astrid Klingenberg, of Massillon, Ohio, sold their home at 3361 Bayou Sound to Gallery Point US LLC for $1.3 million.
