Palmer Ranch: $1.6 million

Teresa Parsons and Jorge Fernandez, of Inglis, sold the home at 4198 Boca Pointe Drive to Katslaryna Dzemyaniuk, of Sarasota, for $1.6 million. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, six-and-two-half baths, a pool and 8,025 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.25 million in 2022.


Osprey: $637,500

The Villas at Osprey Harbor Village

Douglas Eamon, of Portland, Oregon, sold his Unit NPH condominium at 14041 Bellagio Way to William Graves, of Osprey, for $637,500. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,799 square feet of living area. It sold for $476,500 in 2016.


Nokomis: $3,075,000

Sorrento South

Alan and Denise Marcus, of the United Kingdom, sold their home at 443 Picasso Drive to Mary Lynn Logli, trustee, of Nokomis, for $3,075,000. Built in 1968, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,543 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.4 million in 2019.

Ronald and Marilyn Shapo, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 801 condominium at 401 S. Palm Ave. to Daniel Iott, trustee, of Ann Arbor, Michigan, for $2.8 million. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,172 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,075,000 in 2016.

Patricia Stone, trustee, sold the Unit 801 condominium at 990 Blvd. of the Arts to Christine Pratt, trustee, of Boston, $2,687,500. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,100 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.61 million in 2014. 


Singletary’s 

Sunshine Shore Estates LLC sold the home at 2467 Hyde Park St. to Stephen Harvey Jr. and Tammy Lee Harvye, of Seabrook, New Hampshire, for $2.45 million. Built in 2025, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,882 square feet of living area. It sold for $451,000 in 2023.


Camino Real

Jason and Allison Castilow, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 4505 Camino Real to G. Matthew and Megan Brockway, of Sarasota, for $2.14 million. The first property was built in 1998 and has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,042 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1998 and has one bedroom, one bath and 460 square feet of living area. They sold for $850,000 in 2012.


Sarasota Bay Club

Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 720 condominium at 1299 Tamiami Trail to R. Malcolm and Carole Schwartz, of Sarasota, for $1.8 million. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,849 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.02 million in 2022.

James and Regina Arias sold two properties at 1395 Harbor Drive to Southside Homes LLC for $1.5 million. The second property was built in 1952 and has one bedroom, one bath and 653 square feet of living area. They sold for $452,500 in 1996.

Barry and Karen Oshry, trustees, of Centerville, Massachusetts, sold the Unit 14D condominium at 50 Central Ave. to David Harding and Blair Trippe, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.45 million. The property at 523 was built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 964 square feet of living area. They sold for $1,059,000 in 2022.

Manuel Borrego Jr. and Roy Borrego, trustees, sold two properties at 2047 and 2041 Sixth St. to D&A Great Homes LLC and Wayco FL Epire LLC for $670,000. The property at 2047 was built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,412 feet of living area. The property at 2041 was built in 1925, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,876 square feet of living area.

New Energy Homes LLC sold the home at 1510 Gilbert Ave. to Omer and Nancy Miller, of Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 2023, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,516 square feet of living area.


Huntington Pointe

Scott Voskovitch, trustee, of Warrensburg, Missouri, sold the home at 9017 Huntington Pointe Drive to Oleksandra Volosevych, of Sarasota, for $546,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,256 square feet of living area. It sold for $217,300 in 1994.


Indian Beach Highlands

Always Sunny in Sarasota LLC sold the home at 4120 Sarasota Ave. to Judith Holiday, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,072 square feet of living area. It sold for $250,000 in 2023.


Hyde Park Citrus

Brian Polizzi and Rebecca Lynn Polizzi, of Franklin, Tennessee, sold their home at 2238 Rose St. to Erin Speyer, of Sarasota, for $512,500. Built in 1956, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $125,000 in 2013.

H. Bradley and Sheri Peterson, of Orlando, sold their Unit 8-C condominium at 4822 Ocean Blvd. to Eric Klein and Vicki Klein, trustees, of Potomac, Maryland, for $1,475,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,991 square feet of living area. It sold for $600,000 in 2020.

Jacqueline Assuncao, of Flemington, New Jersey, sold her Unit 405 condominium at 5740 Midnight Pass Road to Anthony Siracusa and Francesca Adrianna Siracusa, of Twinsburg, Ohio, for $1.35 million. Built in 1986, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,337 square feet of living area. It sold for $235,000 in 1987. 

Thomas Rotterman, trustee, sold Unit 510 condominium at 5790 Midnight Pass Road to Scott Jeffery Nordstrand, of Somerset, Wisconsin, for $925,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It sold for $111,500 in 1979.

Robert and Frances Meenach, of Greenup, Kentucky, sold their Unit 507 condominium at 1255 E. Peppertree Drive to William Munro and Sharla Kim Munro, trustees, of Ontario, Canada, for $650,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,200 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2003.

Mario and Magda Garcia, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8744 Bellussi Drive to James Agnew and Alessandra Mediago, of Holmdel, New Jersey, for $645,000. Built in 2018, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,917 square feet of living area. It sold for $448,400 in 2018.
