B.A.P.T. LLC sold the home at 642 S. Owl Drive to Ann Martel, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $3.22 million. Built in 1968, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,128 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.61 million in 2004.

Karen Cogbill, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 418 Meadow Lark Drive to MRP Properties Sarasota LLC for $2.5 million. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,757 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 1995.


Longboat Key

Thomas Lawrence Wienholt, of Kingsville, Maryland, sold his home at 630 Companion Way to L&D Properties of Polk County LLC for $2,449,000. Built in 2024, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,812 square feet of living area.
