Timothy and Lynn Duoos, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the home at 1378 Harbor Drive to Charles Sizemore, of Sarasota, for $9.5 million. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, five-and-three-half baths, a pool and 6,235 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.2 million in 2015.


2. Harbor Acres: $9.28 million

John and Carol Bruno, of Naples, sold their home at 1333 Vista Drive to Stuart Barzman, trustee, of Sarasota, for $9.28 million. Built in 2018, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,844 square feet of living area. It sold for $7.85 million in 2021.


3. Harbor Acres: $7.65 million

Teresa Cecelia Lee, of Sarasota, sold her home at 1430 Harbor Drive to Blake Snider, trustee, of Sarasota, for $7,648,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,631 square feet of living area.

4. Cherokee Park: $7.2 million

John Sullivan Jr., of Sarasota, sold his home at 1501 South Drive to 1501 South Drive LLC for $7.2 million. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,706 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 1997.


5. The Blvd of Sarasota: $7 million

Rachel Mcaree, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 1804 condominium at 540 N. Tamiami Trail to Michael Fieri, trustee, of Sarasota, for $7 million. Built in 2020, it has four bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths and 6,145 square feet of living area. It sold for $5.5 million in 2020. 


6. Block 6: $6.9 million

Francis Norman Burzik and Catherine Marie Burzik, trustees, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 803 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to Patrick Mulva and Mary Mulva, trustees, of Sarasota, for $6.9 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, five baths and 4,818 square feet of living area. It sold for $4,545,600 in 2021.

7. Block 6: $6.2 million

John and Katherine Holland, of Lake Forest, Illinois, sold their Unit 1101 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to Ellyn McColgan, trustee, of Sarasota, for $6.2 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,647 square feet of living area. It sold for $4 million in 2021.


8. Block 6: $5.25 million

Larry and Catherine Grizzle, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 901 condominium at 401 Quay Commons to James Rogers and Laura Rogers, trustees, of Sarasota, for $5.25 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,647 square feet of living area. It sold for $3,532,400 in 2021. 


9. Hansen: $4.5 million

C. Ted French, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 3920 Red Rock Way to Red Rock Way LLC for $4.5 million. Built in 1967, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,994 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.5 million in 2016.


10. Plaza at Five Point Residences: $4.5 million

Anthony Sanzo and Kathy Sanzo, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 17PHC condominium at 50 Central Ave. to James and Susan Davis, of Sarasota, for $4.5 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,174 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,167,000 in 2011.



Siesta Key 

1. Cocoanut Bayou: $10.35 million

Carol Mueller, trustee, of Avon Lake, Ohio, sold the home at 241 Cedar Park Circle to Ronald and Rebecca Bizick, of Delray Beach, for $10.35 million. Built in 1998, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,838 square feet of living area. It sold for $9,175,000 in 2022.


2. Siesta Key: $8.5 million

Rupam and Rachel Sharan, of Murrysville, Pennsylvania, sold their home at 7832 Sanderling Road to Richard Noll and Natalie Jensen-Noll, of Sanford, North Carolina, for $8.5 million. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,457 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.55 million in 2018.


3. Siesta Key: $8.1 million

Sicilian-C-Men LLC sold the home at 3960 Robert Point Road to Marcus Alexander Schulz and Denise Schulz, of Sarasota, for $8.1 million. Built in 2023, it has four bedrooms, four-and-three half baths, a pool and 5,297 square feet of living area.

4. Siesta Key: $7.83 million

Jerald and Kathleen Anne Kamiel, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3500 Bayou Louise Lane to Il Prossimo Capitolo LLC for $7,825,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,934 square feet of living area. It sold for $8.05 million in 2021. 


5. Bay Island: $7.5 million

Douglas Olson, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the home at 439 Hanson Bayou Road to HIHA Properties LLC for $7.5 million. Built in 1909, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,092 square feet of living area.

7. Siesta Key: $6.6 million

Ian James Prukner and Jessica Prukner sold their home at 3935 Shell Road to Stephen and Kerry Miller, of Sarasota, for $6.6 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,532 square feet of living area. It sold for $6,275,000 in 2021.


8: Siesta Key: $6.4 million

William Crouse, trustee, of Sarasota, sold two properties at 100 Ogden St. to Brian and Loren Donovan, of Sarasota, for $6.4 million. The first property was built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,712 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,027 square feet of living area. They sold for $6.1 million in 2024.


9: Seagrove: $5.9 million

Ferdinand Crovato, trustee, sold the Unit PHN condominium at 1000 Seagrove Lane to Cheryl McCurdy, trustee, of Sarasota, for $5.9 million. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,093 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.15 million in 2009.


10. Mira Mar Beach: $5.4 million

147 Aven Ven LLC sold the home at 147 Avenida Veneccia to Adam Brantman and Andrew Ahrens, of Coralville, Iowa, for $5.4 million. Built in 2023, it has seven bedrooms, seven baths, a pool and 3,510 square feet of living area. 



Palmer Ranch

1. Beneva Oaks: $3.1 million

Adam and Megan Heller sold their home at 3759 Beneva Oaks Blvd. to James and Linda Stallings, of Sarasota, for $3.1 million. Built in 1981, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,215 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,875,000 in 2017.


2. Legacy Estates on Palmer Ranch: $2.56 million

Todd and Sheli Peplinski, of Sarasota, sold their home at 12000 Trails Reserve Court to Srinivas Murali and Marie Roseanne Baldisseri, of Sarasota, for $2,555,000. Built in 2019, it has four bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 4,493 square feet of living area. It sold for $2 million in 2023.


3. Legacy Estates on Palmer Ranch: $2.25 million

William Bernard Flaherty Jr., trustee, of Ft. Myers, sold the home at 5348 Greenbrook Drive to Lev and Olga Klempner, of Sarasota, for $2.25 million. Built in 2022, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,686 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,167,700 in 2022.


4. Legacy Estates on Palmer Ranch: $2.09 million

Julie Ann Rosenkrantz and Ira Craig Rosenkrantz, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5305 Greenbrook Drive to Jeffrey Philip Mayer and Donna Mayer, of Canoe, Georgia, for $2,085,500. Built in 2018, it has three bedrooms, three-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,639 square feet of living area. It sold for $915,400 in 2018. 


5. Legacy Estates on Palmer Ranch: $1.79 million

Kevin Harron and Kimberlee Brown, trustees, of Gloucester, Massachusetts, sold the home at 5313 Greenbrook Drive to Edward and Lucinda Smith, of Sarasota, for $1,785,000. Built in 2018, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,279 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,675,000 in 2023.



Osprey

1. Oaks: $3.92 million

Eric Smith Jr. and Sarah Powell-Smith, of Osprey, sold two properties at 601 Fernwalk Lane to Fernwalk Investments LLC for $3,916,000. The first property was built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,621 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1997, it has one bedroom, one bath and 832 square feet of living area. They sold for $700,000 in 2021.


2. Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club: $3.6 million

Paul and Berta Grieco, of Sarasota, sold their home at 445 Yacht Harbor Drive to Richard Even and Bernadette Cuen, of Osprey, for $3,602,000. Built in 1978, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,440 square feet of living area. It sold for $625,000 in 1989.


3. Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club: $3.55 million

Ralph and Carol Thompson, trustees, of Nokomis, sold the home at 293 Lookout Point Drive to Paul Christopher Burbank and Deborah Burbank, of Osprey, for $3.55 million. Built in 2013, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,589 square feet of living area. 


4. Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club: $3.53 million

C. James and Karen Tranter, trustees, Syracuse, Indiana, sold the home at 275 Lookout Point Drive to Christopher and Michele Brown, of Osprey, for $3,525,000. Built in 2007, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,279 square feet of living area.


5. Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club: $3.34 million

Christopher and Michele Ann Brown, of Osprey, sold their home at 419 Yacht Harbor Drive to Jeffrey Allen Brinkerhoff and Michele Brinckerhoff and Jill Corey Brinckerhoff, of Osprey, for $3,335,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,417 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.5 million in 2024.



Nokomis

1. Casey Key: $9.2 million

Pretiola Sands LLC sold the home at 1776 Casey Key Road to Barbara Devers and David Handel, trustees, of Boardman, Ohio, for $9,196,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, five-and-two-half baths, a pool and 5,794 square feet of living area. 


2. Casey Key: $5.84 million

Frances Thayer sold the home at 1822 Casey Key Road to James Michael Legg, of Nokomis, for $5,836,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,460 square feet of living area. It sold for $900,000 in 1997.


3. Casey Key Road: $5.6 million

Amy van der Velde sold her home at 3516 Casey Key Road to David and Bridget Earl, of Annapolis, Maryland, for $5.6 million. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,711 square feet of living area. It sold for $2 million in 2020.


4. Nokomis: $4.25 million

Andrea and Scott Blackwell sold their home at 2509 Bayshore Road to John and Kristin LaRocca, of Ambler, Pennsylvania, for $4.25 million. Built in 2016, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,575 square feet of living area.
