Greg and Tricia Shorr, of Fishers, Indiana, sold their home at 19405 Ganton Ave. to Hershel Fred Newman, of Germantown, Tennessee, for $3.8 million. Built in 2023, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,172 square feet of living area.
