A condominium in Veinte tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gregory Goodrid and Stephanie Goodrid Lawson, of Indianapolis, sold their Unit 304 condominium at 2675 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Raymond Hurd and Mimi Hurd, trustees, of Lebanon, Tennessee, for $2.15 million. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,180 square feet of living area. It sold for $310,000 in 1994.


Promenade

Jacob and Patricia van der Vorm, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit 1005 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Robert Stanley Russell, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $2 million. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,135 square feet of living area. It sold for $679,000 in 2012.


Key Towers South

Diane Tapscott and Ernest and Rosalie Cicogna, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 10F condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Phil and David Muzikant, of Brooklyn, New York, for $1.25 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $675,000 in 2020.

Inn on the Beach

Marek and Julita Lochnicki sold their Unit 3605 condominium at 230 Sands Point Road to Christopher Spray and James McVay, trustees, of Great Bend, Kansas, for $1.14 million. Built in 1982, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 634 square feet of living area. It sold for $653,000 in 2021. Mark Katz, trustee, of Piedmont, California, sold the Unit 4102 condominium at 240 Sands Point Road to David O’Neill Jr., trustee, of Cleveland, for $1.02 million. Built in 1982, it has one bedroom, one bath and 640 square feet of living area. It sold for $172,800 in 1983.


Kingston Arms

Marcel Hurst, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 15A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Stephanie Jean Properties LLC for $590,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $100,000 in 1994.
