A car crossed onto a sidewalk and crashed into the side of a Main Street office space, on Sunday around 4 p.m.

Located at 1670 Main St., the office serves the First Sarasota church located directly across the street.

The driver, an elderly woman, did not appear to be injured.

A small section of the building's wall between two panes of glass was visibly leaning, with multiple window panes broken at the spot where the vehicle impacted the building.

The car also swiped and dented the side of a Hyundai Santa Cruz in a parking space in front of the sidewalk.

Police said the crash was still under investigation.
