Top residential real estate sales for Oct. 2-6 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops the week's sales at $6.03 million.

A condominium in The Beach Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Sandra Dixon, of Alpharetta, Georgia, sold their Unit 1102 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Christopher Reichert and Ann Reichert, trustees, of St. Louis, for $6,025,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,964 square feet of living area. It sold for $3,775,000 in 2020.


Conrad Beach

Michael and Nancy Hall, trustees, of Bradenton, sold the home at 7020 Firehouse Road to Walter and Barbara Moorhead, of Irwin, Pennsylvania, for $2.25 million. Built in 2015, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,788 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.72 million in 2021.


Longboat Shores

Mary Susan Reeves and Thomas Marvin Reeves, of Englewood, sold their home at 628 Buttonwood Drive to John Powers and Daniel Minkus, trustees, of Birmingham, Michigan, for $1.4 million. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,000 square feet of living area. It sold for $587,500 in 2018.


Bayport Beach and Tennis Club

Jay David Greenblatt and Joyce Green, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 516 condominium at 516 Bayport Way to Michael and Martha Craig, of Longboat Key, for $1.16 million. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $580,000 in 2011.


New Pass Shores

John and Donna Guido, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 525 Channel Lane to Crista Partlowe and Stephen Eiberger, of Eatonton, Georgia, for $735,000. Built in 1950, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 988 square feet of living area. It sold for $359,000 in 2015.

Lido Harbour South

Nancy Ross and Kathleen Maronek, trustees, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 2110 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Laszlo Bevardi and Ottilia Varga, of Sarasota, for $699,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,248 square feet of living area. It sold for $31,000 in 1969.


Kingston Arms

Thomas and Cary Fletcher, of Fernandina Beach, sold their Unit 12A condominium at 500 S. Washington Drive to Ashwin Ganapathy and Harini Ramakrishnan, of Lutz, for $660,000. Built in 1963, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,034 square feet of living area. It sold for $163,500 in 2015.


The Dock on the Bay

Peter McNelly and Karen Gelbart, of Ontario, Canada, sold their Unit 3 condominium at 3440 Gulf of Mexico Drive to James and Susan Millican, of Manitoba, Canada, for $608,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 993 square feet of living area. It sold for $470,000 in 2008.
