Top residential real estate sales for Oct. 23-27 in Longboat, Lido, St. Armands, Bird Key

A condominium in Positano tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. George Eastment III and Christine Eastment, trustees, of Warrenton, Virginia, sold the Unit 502 condominium at 4995 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Karen and Anthony DeRose, of Deerfield, Illinois for $5.5 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,344 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.85 million in 2010.

Orchid Beach Club Residences

Douglas Durand and Elizabeth Durand, trustees, of Palm Harbor, sold the Unit A1002 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Christine Ottoson, of Sarasota, for $3.9 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,242 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.25 million in 2006.

Hideaway Bay

Philip Goldman, Scott Goldman and Raina Kotch, of Holland, Pennsylvania, sold their home at 781 Hideaway Bay Drive to Ryan Noto, of Longboat Key, for $3.5 million. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,469 square feet of living area. It sold for $170,100 in 1995.

L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club

Paul and Sue Rudder, of Duluth, Georgia, sold their Unit C-204 condominium at 415 L’Ambiance Drive to Orchard Properties MMH LLC, trustee, for $2.95 million. Built in 1992, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,551 square feet of living area. It sold for $845,000 in 1996.

Leonard Landau and Susan Gail Landau sold their home at 3518 Fair Oaks Lane to Richard Webb and Yolanda Webb, trustees, of Richmond, Texas, for $1.85 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,016 square feet of living area. It sold for $865,000 in 2002.

Audrey Spak, of Glencoe, Illinois, and Craig Spak, trustee, sold the Unit 627 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to John Parent, trustee, of Walloon Lake, Michigan, for $915,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It sold for $378,000 in 1997.
