Top residential real estate sales for Feb. 20-24 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch, Osprey, Nokomis

A Siesta Key home on Midnight Pass Road tops the week's sale at $6.65 million.

A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. James and Linda Stallings, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8569 Midnight Pass Road to Vasilios and Jennifer Kiritsis, of Leesport, Pennsylvania, for $6.65 million. Built in 2012, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 6,033 square feet of living area.

Sarasota: $6.35 million

Bay Point Park

Barbara Collins sold her home at 1507 Bay Point Drive to 1507 Bay Point Drive (Western Lot) LLC for $6.35 million. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, four-and-two-half baths, a pool and 6,817 square feet of living area.


Palmer Ranch: $1.8 million

Legacy Estates on Palmer Ranch

Todd John Peplinski and Sheli Lee Peplinski, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5336 Greenbrook Drive to Constance Anne Bertuca 2020 GST-Exempt Family Trust for $1,825,000. Built in 2018, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,639 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.8 million in 2022.


Osprey: $2.5 million

Oaks I

M & P Real Estate Holdings LLC sold the home at 134 Marys Chapel Court to Derek Salvatore Criscuolo and Mistique Rene Criscuolo, of Pickney, Michigan, for $2.5 million. Built in 1995, it has five bedrooms, eight baths, a pool and 5,521 square feet of living area. It sold for $1,359,700 in 2022.


Nokomis: $671,000

Roberts Road

Nicole Bird, of Nokomis, sold her home at 211 Roberts Road to Matthew Smidt and Bonnie Rose Smidt, of Westminster, Colorado, for $671,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,829 square feet of living area. It sold for $365,000 in 2016.


Sarasota

The Landings

Barry Wolk and Noreen Ginsberg, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5110 Kestral Park Way to C. Beth Cotner, trustee, of Sarasota, for $1.65 million. Built in 1986, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,683 square feet of living area. It sold for $550,000 in 2010.


Anchorage Street

Bonnie and Robert Bevington, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1676 Anchorage St. to KDAR Properties LLC for $1,629,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,362 square feet of living area. It sold for $735,000 in 2016.


Burton Lane

Lorelei Michaels, trustee, sold the home at 2364 Burton Lane to Charles Denault and Beate Langsford, trustees, of Sarasota, for $915,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,915 square feet of living area. It sold for $470,000 in 2007.


Payne Park Village

Gail Fagan, of Parrish, sold her home at 419 Wingfield Drive to Jay Harshadbhai Thakkar and Blanca Thakkar, of Sacramento, California, for $815,000. Built in 2020, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,986 square feet of living area. It sold for $500,000 in 2020.


Crecelius

Wagler Enterprises LLC sold the home at 2229 Alice Road to Bolt Capital LLC for $789,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,728 square feet of living area. It sold for $730,000 in 2022.


1500 State Street

Rita Loreti and John McQuiston, of Sarasota, sold their Unit 504 condominium at 1500 State St. to Gregory Perrone and Carolyn Perrone, trustees, of Lecanto, for $750,000. Built in 2017, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,014 square feet of living area. It sold for $495,000 in 2021.


Tropical Shores

Christopher and Rachel Lenerz, of Sarasota, and Roger Kasle, of Birmingham, Michigan, sold their home at 1705 Wharf Road to Joseph Eric Thomas and Emily Anna Thomas, of Sarasota, for $745,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,382 square feet of living area. It sold for $354,900 in 2015.


Fifth Street

William Milligan sold the home at 1653 Fifth St. to MQOZB SRF LLC for $657,000. Built in 1940, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,071 square feet of living area. It sold for $385,000 in 2020.


South Gate

Susan and James Davis, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3033 Pinecrest St. to Deirdre Heyder-Harris and Gregory Scott Harris, of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, for $651,000. Built in 1962, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,578 square feet of living area. It sold for $350,000 in 2021.

Brian McNamara and Elizabeth Bryan and Andrew Caswell, of Gainesville, sold their home at 2737 Siesta Drive to MGOOD Properties LLC for $610,000. Built in 1957, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,777 square feet of living area. It sold for $375,000 in 2017.


Owen Burns

Karen Danielle Green, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 405 Julia Place to 334 Washington Blvd S LLC for $612,000. Built in 1923, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,240 square feet of living area. It sold for $55,000 in 1994.


Esplanade by Siesta Key

Derek James Noll and Margaret Noll, of Sarasota, sold their home at 8256 Varenna Drive to Harold and Carol Dickerman, of Sharon, Massachusetts, for $605,000. Built in 2014, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,639 square feet of living area. It sold for $409,000 in 2014.


Idle Lane

Jason Matthew Daugherty and Allison Marie Daugherty, of Pittsburgh, sold their home at 1649 Idle Lane to Neiman Investments LLC for $600,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,725 square feet of living area. It sold for $223,700 in 2013.


Castel Del Mare

Beatriz Fakler, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 101 condominium at 1608 Stickney Point Road to Gregory and Sandra Young, of Novi, Michigan, for $527,500. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,016 square feet of living area. It sold for $605,000 in 2022.


Rustic Lodge

Taylor and Nicole Demoss sold their home at 2551 Loma Linda St. to April Pampalone and Christina Stewart, of Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,088 square feet of living area. It sold for $140,000 in 2014.


Washington Park

Michael Geenen, of Sarasota, sold his home at 1850 Oak St. to Jason and Erjona Routhier, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1953, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 986 square feet of living area. It sold for $55,900 in 1986.


Siesta Key

Cocoanut Bayou

Herbert Dickinson II and Linda Roe-Dickinson sold their home at 283 Cedar Park Cicle to John Kevin Hartley and Lee Ann Hartley, of Sarasota, for $3.6 million. Built in 1955, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,099 square feet of living area. It sold for $345,000 in 1987.


Crystal Sands

Donald Stewart Challenger and Nancy Haines Challenger, of Aliso Viejo, California, sold their Unit 1107 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to Jeffry and Marlas Kingsriter, of Lakeville, Minnesota, for $1.5 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,271 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.32 million in 2022.


Gulf and Bay Club

Joseph Santell, trustee, and Bertha Santelli, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 609 condominium at 5780 Midnight Pass Road to Christopher and Melissa Tomasso, of Sarasota, for $1,315,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It sold for $665,000 in 2019.


Siesta’s Bayside

Robert and Jane Nicklin, of New York City, sold their home at 567 Venice Lane to Freeman and Beth Chakara, of Siesta Key, for $1.16 million. Built in 1971, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,639 square feet of living area. It sold for $726,000 in 2021.


Sea Village

Sheryl Gofman, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit K-1 condominium at 4660 Ocean Blvd. to Gwethalyn Jones, of Sarasota, for $1.1 million. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,645 square feet of living area. It sold for $755,000 in 2020.


Crescent Royale

Debra Hering, trustee, sold the Unit 508 condominium at 757 Beach Road to Geno and Jill Pedigo, of Sarasota, for $860,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 816 square feet of living area. It sold for $745,000 in 2021.


Siesta Beach

John and Susan Viqueira, of Siesta Key, sold their home at 739 Edgemere Lane to Santa Fe Real Estate Investments LLC for $855,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It sold for $84,000 in 1985.


The Palm Bay Club of Sarasota

Glencoe Sisters LLC sold the Unit 340 condominium at 5963 Midnight Pass Road to Melvin and Margaret Warnock, of Fort Recovery, Ohio, for $751,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,000 square feet of living area. It sold for $410,000 in 2017.


Siesta Harbor

David and Marjorie Fleischer, of Westerville, Ohio, sold their Unit 101 condominium at 1250 N. Portofino Drive to Bradley Jay Rose and Karen Sue Rose, of Galesburg, Michigan, for $615,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It sold for $304,000 in 2017.


Palmer Ranch

Jeff Paul Rosenbaum and Rosemaria Rosenbaum, trustees, of Sammamish, Washington, sold the home at 4717 White Tail Lane to Robert and Bonnie Bevington, of Sarasota, for $1.03 million. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,072 square feet of living area. It sold for $646,000 in 2017.


Esplanade on Palmer Ranch

Eric Marc Barbera Nicolette Elizabeth Barbera, of Egg Harbor City, New Jersey, sold their home at 5461 Bartolomeo St. to Joseph Santelli and Bertha Santelli, trustees, of Sarasota, for $998,000. Built in 2020, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,938 square feet of living area. It sold for $572,800 in 2020.


Sandhill Preserve

John Boschelli, trustee, of Chicago, sold the home at 11010 Sandhill Preserve Drive to Matthew and Nancy Breen, of Sarasota, for $824,500. Built in 2016, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,100 square feet of living area. It sold for $595,000 in 2021.


Fairway Woods

Maureen Ballinger sold her Unit 603 condominium at 7635 Fairway Woods Drive to William and Cristin Bennett, of Sarasota, for $560,000. Built in 1985, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,556 square feet of living area. It sold for $415,000 in 2016.


Osprey

Oaks II

Patricia Hill, trustee, of Walnut Creek, California, sold the home at 567 N. Mac Ewen Drive to Tracie Crook, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, for $1.5 million. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,556 square feet of living area. It sold for $695,100 in 2000.


Meridian at the Oaks Preserve

John Tucker and Joel Howard sold their Unit 601 condominium at 3621 N. Point Road to B. Walter and Marcia Rosen, of Blue Bell, Pennsylvania, for $1,175,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,680 square feet of living area. It sold for $560,000 in 2014.


The Woodlands at Rivendell

Meredith Lynne Alaniz, as Personal Representative, Elise Elizabeth Morin and Eric Lucas Morin, of Queen Creek, Arizona, sold the home at 803 Placid Lake Drive to Lawrence and Pamela Seitter, of Osprey, for $675,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,009 square feet of living area. It sold for $399,000 in 2020.

David and Nancy Creed, of Venice, sold their Unit 111 condominium at 36 Bishops Court Road to Rosalie Phillips, trustee, of Osprey, for $500,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,678 square feet of living area. It sold for $310,000 in 2021.


Nokomis

Sorrento East

Troy Rivard sold the home at 124 Da Vinci Drive to Fernando Gonzalez and LaShawn Krom, of Nokomis, for $563,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,890 square feet of living area. It sold for $485,000 in 2021.

Thomas Paul Fusco, trustee, of Nokomis, sold the home at 474 Rubens Drive to Wayne David Bovee and Roxanne Bovee, of Nokomis, for $545,000. Built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,452 square feet of living area. It sold for $66,500 in 1978. 


Jesse K. Hill’s

Paul and Jill Ann Louis, of St. Petersburg, sold two properties at 204 Hills Road to Stacy Conery, trustee, of Nokomis, for $535,000. The first property was built in 1952, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,789 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 1989, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,008 square feet of living area. They sold for $230,000 in 2013.
