Top residential real estate sales for Feb. 6-10 in Longboat Key, Lido Key, St. Armands Key, Bird Key

A condominium in Orchid Beach Club Residences tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Kosberg Holdings LLC sold the Unit A702 condominium at 2050 Benjamin Franklin Drive to John and Carole Randjelovic, of Sarasota, for $3.35 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 3,242 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.21 million in 2019.

Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club

Thomas and Susan Pluss, of Longboat Key, sold their Unit A-603 condominium at 535 Sanctuary Drive to James Miller and Kelly Ruggles, of Tampa, for $3 million. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It sold for $780,000 in 2013.

Marina Bay

Jennifer Shimek, of Longboat Key, sold her Unit 312 condominium at 2550 Harbourside Drive to Maryann Tarnok, of Mount Kisco, New York, for $1.8 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,830 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.61 million in 2022.

Tiffany Plaza

Christopher Torbeck sold the Unit 304 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Qoomars and Leandra Mollanazar, of Longboat Key, for $1.09 million. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It sold for $750,000 in 2005.

Grand Bay

Linda Ihle, trustee, of Kill Devil Hills, North Carolina, sold the Unit 546 condominium at 3080 Grand Bay Blvd. to Steven Peters, of Charlottesville, Virginia, for $1 million. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It sold for $660,000 in 2015.

Longbeach on Longboat Key

Janis Frawley, of Sarasota, sold the home at 751 Russell St. to Nicketta Guarino, trustee, of Longboat Key, for $779,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 900 square feet of living area. It sold for $157,000 in 1996.

Fairway Bay

Edward and Gloriann Felicetta, of Brookhaven, New York, sold their Unit 136 condominium at 1930 Harbourside Drive to Jeffrey Jones and Erin Hogan Jones, of Mason, Ohio, for $720,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,270 square feet of living area. It sold for $525,000 in 2021.
