A condominium in The Water Club I tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rachael Schwarz, of Longboat Key, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1241 Gulf of Mexico Drive to George and Hope Gronwall, of Longboat Key, for $5.5 million. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, six baths and 5,225 square feet of living area. It sold for $3 million in 2013.
Todd Kirby, of Winter Park, sold his home at 511 Spinnaker Lane to Joy and Mark Stevens, of Longboat Key, for $3,495,000. Built in 1965, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,586 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.75 million in 2020.
Neal Colton and Eric Felix, trustees, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 126 condominium at 3060 Grand Bay Blvd. to Richard Buchanan III and Julie Andrews, of Longboat Key, for $2.36 million. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,781 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.2 million in 2009.
Sarona Inc. sold the Unit 802 condominium at 1211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Lisa Crye, of Brentwood, Tennessee, for $1.8 million. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,100 square feet of living area. It sold for $475,000 in 1993.
Kenneth Bowes, trustee, of Suwanee, Georgia, sold the Unit 648 condominium at 2120 Harbourside Drive to William Levine and Maryl Levine, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1.4 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,550 square feet of living area. It sold for $525,000 in 2000.
Adriana Carvalho Muzzi Pereira sold her home at 2264 Harbour Oaks Drive to Carlos Rodriguez and Krista Rodriguez, trustees, of Bakersfield, California, for $1,124,200. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,245 square feet of living area. It sold for $580,000 in 2021.
