Built in 1970, it has five bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,772 square feet of living area. It sold for $3.9 million in 2021.
Gulfside Villa LLC sold the home at 6603 Gulfside Road to 9403 Gulf Drive LLC $3.42 million. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,051 square feet of living area. It sold for $2.8 million in 2021.
Ronald Keith Hallam, by Lisa A. Camp, Attorney in Fact, sold the Unit 1105 condominium at 1300 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Lee Gunn IV and Tracy Raffles Gunn, of Sarasota, for $2.95 million. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 3,302 square feet of living area. It sold for $2,775,000 in 2005.
