Country Club Shores home sells for more than $7 million

A home in Country Club Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Troy Dolan sold his home at 642 Ranger Lane to Todd and Lisa Zimmerman, of Longboat Key, for $7,725,000. Built in 2001, it has six bedrooms, seven-and-a-half baths, a pool and 7,091 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.5 million in 2013.

Bird Key

SRQ Home Holdings LLC sold the home at 374 Bobwhite Drive to MAV Ventures LLC for $3.8 million. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,409 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2,875,000 in 2021.

Longboat Key Estates

Nancy Jenkins, of Longboat Key, sold her home at 629 Kingfisher Lane to Crispin Noel Cabatingan Francisco and Ma. Fatima De Vera Francisco, trustees, of Montgomery, Ohio, for $2.3 million. Built in 1958, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,762 square feet of living area. It  sold for $260,000 in 1995.

Lido Surf and Sand

Judith Sheehan, trustee, of Aurora, Ohio, sold the Unit 702 condominium at 1100 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Edward and Amy Venerable, of Centennial, Colorado, for $2 million. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,154 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1 million in 2015.

Marina Bay

Leslie Jannott, trustee, of Fairfield, Connecticut, sold the Unit 312 condominium at 2550 Harbourside Drive to Jennifer Shimek, of Longboat Key, for $1.61 million. Built in 1990, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,830 square feet of living area. It  sold for $900,000 in 2013.

Bailey Dobson

Coady Development Partners LLC sold the home at 540 Gulf Bay Road to James Coady, of Paw Paw, Michigan, for $1,375,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,880 square feet of living area. It  sold for $850,000 in 2021.

Fairway Bay

Thomas Michael Petri and Anna Petri, of San Antonio, sold their Unit 544 condominium at 2110 Harbourside Drive to William and Catherine Shell, of Nashville, Tennessee, for $1.11 million. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,031 square feet of living area. It  sold for $615,000 in 2020.

Islander Club of Longboat

Equity Trust Co. as Custodian FBO IRA account #200216004, Equity Trust Co. as Custodian FBO IRA account #200220096 and Premier Capital Properties Inc. sold the Unit 93-N condominium at 2301 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dominick and Susan Manzi, of Staten Island, New York, for $1.05 million. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It  sold for $262,000 in 1995.

Longboat Harbour

Luc Pierre Bourgon, trustee, of Ontario, Canada, sold the Unit 306 condominium at 4320 Falmouth Drive to John and Dawna Goodwin, of Longboat Key, for $725,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,092 square feet of living area. It  sold for $300,000 in 2010.

Beach Harbor Club

Martin Finn and Susan Hamel, of Stamford, Connecticut, sold their Unit E-212 condominium at 3808 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Miroslaw and Iwona Pawelec, of Mequon, Wisconsin, for $670,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 2,544 square feet of living area. It  sold for $350,000 in 2001.

Terrell and Lanee Philippe sold their Unit C-211 condominium at 3806 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Giacomo Salvatore Licari and Gina Licari, of Tampa, for $420,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,062 square feet of living area.

Richard and Elissa Boyer, of Chepachet, Rhode Island, sold their Unit 19 condominium at 653 Spanish Drive N. to Halie Makahito Hoku, of Bradenton, for $465,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,540 square feet of living area. It  sold for $125,000 in 1999.
