Top residential real estate sales for Dec. 5-9 on Longboat Key, Lido Key, St. Armands Key, Bird Key

A Sanctuary condominium tops the week's sales at $4.4 million.

A condominium in Sanctuary at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gordon and Mary Jo White, of Dayton, Ohio, sold Unit C-408  at 535 Sanctuary Drive to Gerald Robert King and Robin Lisa King, of Alpharetta, Georgia, for $4,737,500. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,375 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.8 million in 2020.


Sleepy Lagoon

Julie Omsberg, of Sidney, Maine, sold her home at 6381 Gulf of Mexico Drive to 6381 GOM LLC for $1.8 million. Built in 2021, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,224 square feet of living area. 


Harbour Oaks II

Thomas Charles Schaeffer Jr. and Susan Schaeffer, of Longboat Key, sold their home at 2326 Harbour Oaks Drive to Gary and Lorraine Ranftle, of Hauppauge, New York, for $1,137,500. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,282 square feet of living area. It sold for $450,000 in 2011.


Bird Key

Birdie Partners LLC sold the home at 231 Seagull Lane to Sunshine Dam Partners LLC for $1.1 million. Built in 2016, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,735 square feet of living area. It sold for $950,000 in 2005.


Portobello

Amy Barber, trustee, of Charlotte, North Carolina, sold the Unit B-402 condominium at 3240 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Jo Ann Karll and Koren Mueller, of St. Louis, for $910,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,505 square feet of living area. It sold for $140,000 in 1988.


Beachplace

HPK Enterprises LLC sold the Unit 201 condominium at 1085 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Soloman Properties 2 LLC for $815,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,172 square feet of living area. It sold for $475,000 in 2015.


Whitney Beach

Martin and Karen Hafer, of Bradenton, sold their Unit 302 condominium at 6701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Michael Conor Foley and Jennifer Foley and Suzanne Walker, of Lexington, Kentucky, for $632,500. Built in 1971, it has one bedroom, one bath and 990 square feet of living area. It sold for $385,000 in 2015.


Spanish Main Yacht Club

Jeffrey Page and Lisa Page, trustees, of Natick, Massachusetts, sold the Unit 211 condominium at 711 Spanish Drive S. to 711 Spanish Drive LLC $500,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,327 square feet of living area. It sold for $450,000 in March.

Henry and Ann Mancuso, of Madison, Connecticut, sold their Unit 32 condominium at 757 Spanish Drive N. to Rosemary and Donald Woodard, of Ringgold, Louisiana, for $455,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It sold for $110,000 in 1997.
