A two-property sale on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Adam and Morgan Zanotti, trustees, of Palos Verdes Estates, California, sold two properties at 7303 Midnight Pass Road to Michael Andrew Sanchez, of Sarasota, for $5.25 million. The first property was built in 1978, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,547 square feet of living area. The second property was built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath and 1,583 square feet of living area.
Valencia Rosemary Place Townhomes
Ronie and Krista Ashley, of Sarasota, sold their home at 1265 Blvd. of the Arts to Joseph Albano and Susan Marie Beatty, trustees, of Sarasota, for $985,000. Built in 2017, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,088 square feet of living area. It sold for $750,000 in 2021.
Gulf Gate East
Sharron Elizabeth Guthrie and Walter Branch Guthrie, of Naples, sold their home at 6635 Easton Drive to Jacqueline Conroy, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 1983, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,789 square feet of living area. It sold for $355,000 in 2018.
Phillippi Landings
Taylor Morrison of Florida Inc. sold the Unit 4102 condominium at 5589 Cannes Circle to Robert Scott Dautel and Sharise Dautel, of Winter Garden, for $544,900. Built in 2022, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,745 square feet of living area.
Briarwood
Marilynn Reason, of Sarasota, sold her home at 3084 Grafton St. to Dan and Cheryl Dirmeyer, of Highland, Michigan, for $500,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,603 square feet of living area. It sold for $138,000 in 1997.

Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet of living area. It sold for $910,000 in 2017.
Crystal Sands
Morgan Florida Properties LLC sold the Unit 3 condominium at 6300 Midnight Pass Road to Reliable Ready Mix Inc. for $990,000. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,253 square feet of living area. It sold for $400,000 in 2007.
