L'Ambiance condos sell for $6.75 million

A pair of units are the top sellers for the week in the Longboat Key area for the week of July 25-29.

A condominium in L’Ambiance at Longboat Key Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Maurice Cunniffe and Carolyn Dursi Cunniffe, of Greenwich, Connecicut, sold their Units J-204 and K-205 condominium at 435 L’Ambiance Drive to Joseph Kevin O’Donohue and Laura O’Donohue, of North Salem, New York, for $6.75 million. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 5,185 square feet of living area. It sold for $4.8 million in 2017.

John Ringling Estates

Edward Jacob Berenbaum and Jennifer Locke Berenbaum, of Seville, Spain, sold their home at 301 Jackson Drive to David Palatnik and Dafna Revah, of St. Louis, for $2,625,000. Built in 1951, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,028 square feet of living area. It sold for $1.35 million in 2020.

227 Grant LLC sold the home at 227 Grant Drive to Bruce Vincent and Sheri Vincent, trustees, of Sarasota, for $2.45 million. Built in 1947, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,656 square feet of living area. It sold for $850,000 in 2020.

Landwirth

Kriston Leigh Barnett, of Nokomis, sold her home at 560 Broadway St. to Glen Fabian and Lori Fabian, trustees, of Longboat Key, for $1,598,000. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,838 square feet of living area. It sold for $580,000 in 2016.

Sea Gate Club

Jeanne Harrington, of Croton-on-Hudson, New York, sold her Unit 2-A condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Curt and Stephanie Kassab, of Bradenton, for $1.25 million. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It sold for $650,300 in 2009.

Sands Point

Piquette Corner LLC sold the Unit 202 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to John Taft and Laura Delaney Taft, of Minneapolis, for $1.11 million. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,492 square feet of living area. It sold for $900,000 in April.

Sand Cay

Kenneth and Sharon Nelson, trustees, of Southlake, Texas, sold the Unit 318 condominium at 4725 Gulf of Mexico Drive to P3&T Family LLC for $1.1 million. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,104 square feet of living area. It sold for $680,000 in 2004.

Harbour Oaks at Longboat Key Club

Judith Hurst, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 803 condominium at 2153 Harbouside Drive to J&B’s Beach Pad LLC for $800,000. Built in 1984, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It sold for $575,000 in 2005.

Lido Regency

Timothy Christensen, of Racine, Wisconsin, sold the Unit 3-G condominium at 1700 Benjamin Franklin Drive to David Crowe, of Bradenton, for $720,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,507 square feet of living area. It sold for $498,800 in 2021.

The Presidential

Patrick and Evachristina Wilton, of Stockholm, Sweden, sold their Unit 207 condominium at 845 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Courtney Ann Campbell, of Columbus, Ohio, for $637,500. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 991 square feet of living area. It sold for $260,000 in 2009.

Longboat Harbour

Jac and Mary Lentz, of Brighton, Michigan, sold their Unit 205 condominium at 4400 Exeter Drive to Alexander and Donna Aldama, of Sarasota, for $425,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 644 square feet of living area. It sold for $200,000 in 2017.
