Shell Road home is week's top seller at $6.275 million

Siesta Key property sells for more than any other the week of Nov. 1-5 in Sarasota, Siesta Key, Palmer Ranch and surrounding areas.

A home on Siesta Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Greg and Michelle Olson, of Siesta Key, sold their home at 3935 Shell Road to James and Jessica Prukner, of Siesta Key, for $6,275,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,532 square feet of living area. It  sold for $3.5 million in 2017.

SARASOTA

Orange Blossom Tower

Michael Kneeland and Roxzene Hunter, of St. Petersburg, sold their Unit 7 condominium at 1330 Main St. to Jodi Scheurenbrand and Michael Wayne Smith, of Sarasota, for $2 million. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,954 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,655,000 in 2020.

Steven Tucci and Mari Elizabeth Koerner sold their home at 1447 Peregrine Point Drive to Lindsay and Colin Galvin, of Sarasota, for $1.85 million. Built in 1990, it has five bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 8,153 square feet of living area.

Daryl and Erica Page, trustees, sold the Unit 216 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Anthony Rycerz Jr., trustee, of Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,555 square feet of living area. It  sold for $540,000 in 2020.

BOH Investments of Sarasota LLC and Diego Mahecha Cardona and Caroline Leigh Nardone, of Sarasota, sold the home at 6286 Anise Drive to Daniel Linares, of Sarasota, for $1,245,000. Built in 2014, it has six bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,331 square feet of living area. It  sold for $810,000 in August.

Southbay Yacht and Racquet Club

Ralph Thompson and Carol Thompson, trustees, of Osprey, RG Processing LLC sold the home at 297 Lookout Point Drive to Christopher and Michele Brown, of Osprey, for $2.8 million. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,159 square feet of living area. It  sold for $1,825,000 in June.
