Bird Key home is the area's top seller at $3.9 million

A home in Bird Key tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Rebecca Kohne, trustee, and James Kohne, of Sarasota, sold the home at 367 W. Royal Flamingo Drive to Richard Norman Uhler and Irma Terrazas-Zambrana, of Bradenton, for $3.9 million. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,143 square feet of living area. It  sold for $725,000 in 2001.

Bird Key

Monia Joblin sold the home at 374 Bobwhite Drive to SRQ Home Holdings LLC for $2,875,000. Built in 1969, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,409 square feet of living area. It  sold for $460,000 in 1988.

L’Elegance on Lido Beach

Paul Rupert and Frank Krasovec Jr., trustees, sold the Unit A-605 condominium at 1800 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Diane and Rodney Sawyer, of Chesapeake, Virginia, for $1,505,000. Built in 1996, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,350 square feet of living area. It  sold for $255,000 in 1996.

Sea Gate Club

Patricia Raymond and Kenneth Raymond Jr., trustees, of Watervliet, New York, sold the Unit 5-F condominium at 2425 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Mark Brennan, of Belmont, Massachusetts, for $1,472,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,513 square feet of living area. It  sold for $750,000 in 2016.

Winding Oaks

Wayne Beale and Debra Audette, of Clifton Park, New York, sold their Unit 52 condominium at 3410 Winding Oaks Drive to Kevin and Suzanne Zavaglia, of Longboat Key, for $875,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,039 square feet of living area. It  sold for $635,500 in 2019.

Nancy Lynn Laudando, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 11-G condominium at 1750 Benjamin Franklin Drive to Robert Meyers and Shannon Howson Meyers, of Louisville, Kentucky, for $815,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,403 square feet of living area. It  sold for $160,000 in 1998.

Mark Currie, of Boston, sold his Unit 3-C condominium at 1701 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Leslie and John Spencer, of Austin, Texas, for $800,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,551 square feet of living area. It  sold for $540,000 in 2016.

Karen Lee Plater, trustee, of Sacramento, California, sold the Unit A-202 condominium at 5211 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Stacey and Thomas Langenbahn, of Colleyville, Texas, for $590,000. Built in 1976, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 986 square feet of living area.

Longboat Harbour North

Roberta Markowicz, of Sarasota, sold her Unit 202 condominium at 4600 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dean Monin, trustee, of Bardstown, Kentucky, for $500,000. Built in 1975, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,096 square feet of living area. It  sold for $392,000 in 2019.

Robert and Zena Maldonado, of Rochester Hills, Michigan, sold their Unit 26 condominium at 651 Cedars Court to Ellis Hyman, of Alexandria, Virginia, for $430,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It  sold for $289,000 in 2017.
