New College of Florida took care of its supporters with its annual seafood celebration event on Nov. 4.

The 42nd annual Clambake, put on by the New College Foundation, saw the school's many supporters returning to the event's bayside location for the evening. Guests picked up drinks and mingled as the sun set before sitting down for the main attraction — a bevy of dishes including lobster and other seafood fare.

Event chairs Karin Gustafson, Priscilla Schlegel and Jack Schlegel led the program before welcoming New College's president Dr. Patricia Okker. Student K.C. Casey spoke to the audience about his experiences with the school before Veronica Brady ended the program with a paddle raise.
