Sarasota bid 2020 farewell with a New Year's Eve celebration on Dec. 31.

While there was no pineapple drop or block party this year, restaurants and bars on Main Street still held New Year's Eve festivities for locals to enjoy. The city's New Year's Eve pineapple was on display outside Mattinson's City Grille for people to take photos with.
