A home in Bay Island Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Patrick and Shirley Wulf, of Sarasota, sold their home at 880 Siesta Drive to Jimmy Mooney and Tory Rutledge Mooney, of Sarasota, for $6,275,000. Built in 1997, it has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,436 square feet of living area. It  sold for $2 million in 2014.
MDT Cedars West 205 LLC sold the home at 2201 Hawthorne St. to Stephanie and Adam Sager, of Pottstown, Pennsylvania, for $1.15 million. Built in 2021, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,346 square feet of living area.
Joseph McCaffrey, of Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, sold his Unit 505 condominium at 1255 N. Gulfstream Ave. to Richard Glenn Swanson, of Narragansett, Rhode Island, for $1.1 million. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,656 square feet of living area. It  sold for $825,000 in 2020.

Parviz Daneshjoo, trustee, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 11B condominium at 50 Central Ave. to Jing and Zhihong Liu, of Sarasota, for $999,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,671 square feet of living area. It  sold for $770,000 in 2013.
