Dry Dock one of 100 most beautiful restaurants

Longboat Key's Dry Dock Waterfront Grill is officially one of the most scenic restaurants in the country, according to Business Traveler. The honor comes from an overview of guest reviews between June 2018 and May 2019. 

It doesn't get much more "waterfront" than this. You can arrive by boat, parking your vessel at Marker Six rather than the parking lot where land-bound folks have to stay. The tables are a few feet from the water, shaded by umbrellas and showing off a view of the bay. 

The food has also gotten rave reviews, with a popular dish that keeps coming up being the lobster rolls and grouper. Try it out, especially at sunset. Call 383-0102 to make a reservation.
