Longboat Key Democrats reunite for 2019

The Longboat Key Democratic Club kicked off 2019 on Jan. 8.

On Tuesday, club members gathered for the first meeting of the new year at Portofino Restaurant and Grill. Futurist David Houle was the guest speaker and discussed “A Look at the Future of the Democratic Party:  A Trend Oriented View into the Party and America to 2025.”

Before sitting down to lunch, guests mingled and had the chance to introduce themselves to Houle.
