Longboat Key republicans learn about red tide

The Republican Club of Longboat Key learned all about red tide Nov. 13.

On Tuesday evening, members and guests gathered in the John Ringling Room of the Resort at Longboat Key Club to hear Mote Marine Laboratory Senior Scientist Richard Pierce discuss facts about red tide.

Prior to sitting down for dinner and the presentation, attendees mingled during a cocktail reception.
