Philip Kotler address Longboat Key Democratic Club

The Longboat Key Democratic Club hosted its final meeting of 2018 on Dec. 11.

About 50 people gathered Tuesday afternoon to hear from Philip Kotler, a marketing author and consultant discuss “Inequality of Income Undermines Democracy.” Kotler is also the author of “Democracy in Decline.”

The club’s meetings will resume in 2019.
