Bird Key Yacht Club members are officially ready for the holiday season.
On Dec. 1, about 190 members gathered for a cocktail hour, dinner and blessing and lighting of the fleet.
Following the cocktail hour, the Rev. Charleston Wilson blessed the fleet as the crowd gathered outside. When he was done, a cannon shot off and the fleet lit up with colorful holiday lights.
