Sarasota Farmers Market revives Woodstock

A tidal wave of peace, love and tie-dye took over the Sarasota Farmers Market on Aug. 11 for the Second Annual Woodstock revival. A rainy morning didn't stop the spirit the Woodstock Music & Art Fair of 1969 to permeate downtown Sarasota. Attendees arrived in their hippie attire and the Paisley Craze band was all set to get people grooving, however, most of the event's activities had been rained out. The Sarasota Farmers Market announced a Woodstock Revival re-do for Saturday, Sept. 1.
