The American Jewish Committee, West Coast Florida Chapter honored Barbara Brizdle at this year's National Human Relations Award Dinner.
Dinner was hosted April 10 at Michael's On East. The ballroom was elegantly decorated in hues of blue, accompanied by large white bouquets and lights hanging from the ceilings.Â
For the first hour, guests enjoyed cocktail hour on the atrium with hors d'oeuvres. Afterwards, Regional Director Brian Lipton opened the night, followed by the motzi blessing and first course.
David Harris was the keynote speaker for the evening, which ended with Emily Walsh, past AJC Civic Achievement Award recipient, leading the tribute to Barbara Brizdle.

Barbara Brizdle had a career in information technology in New York City and now has retired to Longboat Key.
