Chamber mingles at Dry Dock

As the sun set over Sarasota Bay, the volume on the patio of Dry Dock Waterfront Grill got louder.

The Longboat Key Chamber of Commerce held its monthly Business After Hours on Sept. 26. As members sipped on happy hour cocktails and munched on appetizers, they mingled with fellow chamber members, most of them checking up on each other to make sure Hurricane Irma didn’t harm them or their businesses.

The next Business After Hours falls during the chamber’s Small Business Week. The week kicks off on Oct. 16 and the Business After Hours will be held on Oct. 17 at Zota Beach Resort. An awards luncheon will be held on Oct. 19, also at Zota.
