The Aqua Kids had more than just snorkeling on their minds on June 30.
They were out to discover as much marine life as they could. As they snapped their snorkels and masks over their heads, they waded out into New Pass Inlet searching for crabs, which they found aplenty, sea cucumbers, mollusks and baby seahorses.
After scouring New Pass Inlet, the Aqua Kids headed to Sarasota Bay where they did some field sampling. There, they found a baby seahorse and plenty more crabs.
