Chef Brent Williams, of Bird Key Yacht Club, shared his kitchen secrets with club members Sept. 10.

Williams demonstrated how to cook the two entree options served that evening: steak Diane and red snapper with sherry shrimp sauce.

More than 50 people attended the event, which began with a cocktail hour. Williams told attendees his goal was to make them a menu of items they can’t get anywhere else.
