‘Who knew pumpkins could float?’ was the question most parents were asking during Pumpkin Splash at the Arlington Park and Aquatic Center Saturday afternoon.Â
More than 270 bright organge pumpkins were bobbing in the instruction pool for children to retrieve. After plucking pumpkins from the pool, children brought them inside to the gymnasium to paint and decorate. Families played games like Witch Pitch while they dried.Â
