The fourth annual Arias in Flight had a slight change in theme this year.

While the lunch was still honoring Save our Seabirds, this year’s event was a donor- appreciation event. 60 donors were present at the Sarasota Yacht Club on Nov. 19 for the luncheon. Save our Seabirds CEO David Pilston said this is the organization’s way of saying thank you to its donors.

“We’ve come so far in the last few years, and we couldn’t have done it without any of the people in this room,” he said.

The event featured performances by opera singers Carol Sparrow, Randolph Locke, Johanna Fincher and Robyn Rocklein and a raffle, with a prize of six bottles of Seabirds Vineyard wine.
